Founded in 1966 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, PHM originally focused on manufacturing tools and hardware products.
Later, the company found an opportunity to grow by manufacturing suspension parts and spare parts for heavy-duty equipment through the molding and casting of malleable iron.
In 1979, while continuing its expansion in the truck parts market, PHM built a new machining plant to improve the finish and quality of its products.
In 2010, PHM strengthened its commitment to customers by offering immediate delivery service, expanding its storage area to streamline product distribution and the commercialization of complementary lines.
